Accredited Nursing specializes in-home care services aimed at maintaining a client’s independence in his or her own home. Our goal is to enhance an individual’s quality of life and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or facility placements.
For family caregivers, our respite care services are vital to relieving the burdens associated with caregiver responsibilities. Our in-home private duty nurses and caregivers are there to ensure the ongoing safety and proper supervision of your loved ones.
On a daily or hourly basis, our caregivers will assist with activities of daily living, which generally include:
- Meal preparation
- Ambulation & mobility assistance
- Bathing & grooming
- Incontinence care
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to medical appointments & errands
- Grocery shopping
Flexible Scheduling & Payment Options
We offer home health care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout Southern California with no weekly minimum of hours. We have 3 scheduling options available:
- Hourly: Care provided from 4 to 24 hours per day
- Daily: Round the clock care with 24-hour AWAKE staff
- Bath Service: A home visit (about 90 minutes) for bathing, cleaning, dressing and/or preparation of one meal
For our home care and private duty nursing services, we accept personal checks, Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as most long-term care and worker’s compensation insurance plans*.
*Prior authorization is required for long-term care and worker’s compensation insurance plans.
